The hotel is located in the centre of the city, close to the Presidential palace and ministries. It is also conveniently situated near a shopping centre, making it easy for guests to access amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. the staff are polite and service-oriented, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
The Wi-Fi at the hotel was not working properly, which was quite inconvenient for guests who rely on it for work or leisure purposes.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff made sure all the toiletries were restocked daily. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and drinks, and the restaurant on the top floor offered fine views of the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions in this city.

Luxurious facilities in a great location, friendly staff and delicious restaurant. the Spa and Wellness Centre at this hotel is amazing, with relaxing massages and a steam room that left me feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also impressive, with exclusive amenities that helped me unwind. the staff were always friendly and went out of their way to assist with any queries.
Minor miscommunication during check-in. During check-in, there was a slight miscommunication regarding our room details but it was sorted out quickly by the efficient staff.
